It's really something to watch...
...a strangle-government guy like Jim Flaherty prattle on about the need for governments to do something already about the savagery that letting capital off the reigns has inflicted upon the market (not people mind you, but at least he's concerned about something).

oh the poor, poor markets! Whatever shall they do? How will the markets heat their homes this winter or put food on their families?
Golly, maybe we should organize a relief effort or a fundraising concert to help the markets out?
Given the cons past ability to blame everyone else for problems in this country it's quite obvious what Jimbo is doing here. Set the stage for the finger pointing and blame when the shit hits the fan.
